Assists the physically disabled, mentally disturbed, and children with developmental or learning disabilities to function independently in everyday life. They include programmes for the improvement of physical function (power and dexterity of hands), the improvement of mental health (social adaptability), and improvement of self-care, self-management and personal independence skills, and the promotion of the normal development of sick or disabled children.
